    Heres my progress from stretching ! Start : 1st of july 2024 How far i was before stretching : I was actually able to almost get to the floor Day 1- ✅ (i felt my legs were burning and it was really sore, but since im already super close i started off with just 1 pillow) Day 2- ✅ (i didnt feel much) Day 3- ✅ (you may not believe me but i am actually super close :D)

    this makes it so much easier to get some exercise in daily (i swear I’m dead after one video rn), but I find I get unbalanced really easily with the backbend and knee bridge 😅 anyone got any advice?
